What should I wear during my massage?
Most body treatments are traditionally performed with the client unclothed, however, you may decide what amount of clothing you prefer to wear for your own comfort. During all treatments, the body is fully draped except for the area being worked on.
When should I get there?
If this is your first massage or facial at our office, we suggest that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled treatment to allow you time to fill out a client questionnaire. This will allow you to enjoy your full allotted time.
What is the cancellation policy?
We request that all guests give us a 24 hour cancellation notice.
What if I am pregnant?
While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. We have a specially designed massage table for added comfort. Please notify us at the time of your appointment booking so that we can offer guidance.
What parts of my body will be massaged?
You and the practitioner will discuss the desired outcome of your session. This will determine which parts of your body require massage. A typical full body session last one hour and will include work on your back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck and shoulders.
How often should I have a facial?
The skin cells take about 28 days to reach the surface (in optimum circumstances), so once a month it is beneficial to deep cleanse and remove impurities from the pores. Depending on your skin, it may be better to have an occasional longer, more intensive treatment according to your skin care technician's professional opinion. Your skin care expert can recommend the proper home care agenda as well to help you maintain your skin's well being.
What if I have a particular medical concern but still would like to receive a massage or skin care treatment?
Before your initial visit, you will be required to fill out a client questionnaire which will let the practitioners know about any medical conditions, injuries, medications, etc. that they should be aware of and will proceed accordingly. If you are unsure about receiving any treatment, please consult your physician prior to making the appointment.

Testimonials
I've been fortunate enough to have gone to some of the best spas in the US and Europe ... but honestly, I've never had a better massage than at In Touch. With a high stress job, I consider my regular appointment at In Touch an essential part of my wellness program along with good nutrition and exercise. Since 1998, my Saturday appointment is a given."
